What's behind the growth

Nutrition Geeks launched an Omega-3 supplement in January 2026 after a year of development. The brand says the product delivers 1,300mg of omega-3 and costs £9.99 for a two-month supply, with every batch traceable and IFOS certified. Co-founder Jai Shah said "We spent a year understanding why so many people either skip omega-3s or settle for inferior products". Motion's Meta ad library shows many Nutrition Geeks ads aimed at menopause symptoms such as brain fog, fatigue and sleep, mainly for a Meno Support Bundle, alongside a creatine ad aimed at women. The brand also says its letterbox-sized pouches use 97% less plastic than plastic bottles.
