What's behind the growth
Forbes Australia has invested in events, partnerships, people and its annual 30 Under 30 list. On the events side, its Business Summit ran in Sydney on 13 November 2025, with Salesforce as presenting partner and Atlassian co-founder Scott Farquhar headlining. The Women's Summit followed on 6 May 2026, with Lancôme confirmed as presenting partner in April under a six-month deal covering print, digital, social and event channels. Forbes' own event page says day-of ticket allocations were exhausted. Alongside the events, Mediaweek reported five editorial hires on 20 May 2026, including Liam McKeown as head of video from SBS. The 30 Under 30 list has also drawn attention: Mediaweek reported in September 2026 that the 2025 campaign generated 9.4 million social views, and quoted Editor-in-Chief Sarah O'Carroll saying launch day was "our biggest day on the website since we launched".
